Offline downloads do not work
I purchased this tablet specifically so my kids could download movies for offline viewing in the car, and it completely fails at that. Despite advertising Android 15 and Widevine L1, the tablet cannot download Disney+ content at all. Every attempt results in Disney+ Error Code 83. Streaming works on Wi-Fi, but offline downloads do not, which makes this tablet useless for road trips or backseat entertainment — the main reason many parents buy tablets like this. I spent hours troubleshooting storage, profiles, settings, and reinstalling apps before realizing this appears to be a hardware/DRM compatibility issue, not user error. This is extremely disappointing and misleading, especially since Disney+ is one of the most common apps families use. If you’re buying this tablet for kids or travel, do not expect offline Disney+ downloads to work. I will be returning this product.

Definitely serves its purpose
Everything when we first purchased it, it looks good. The screen protection worked. They haven’t broke it yet or cracked it gaming capabilities. I guess for your basic games it’s OK. They don’t really use it for anything other than social media stuff really watching a a few videos streaming or whatever the color quality is good the speed I’m not sure if it’s because it’s it’s a little older now it works normal not super fast or super slow so it’s especially a really good starter tablet so yeah, it was good for the value.

Possible navigation for granny's car.
I got this to work in the car to help her navigate to her destinations. Her vision isnt the best and she spends too much time looking at her phone trying dicerne where should turn and has almost gotten into a crash. I will be installing the Tasker app on it so it only runs when its getting powered from the car. I was hoping I could run a dashcam with it but the camera is pretty awful and would probably task this simple tablet too much. Gemini helped me bypass a restriction against having 2 apps in the foreground at the same time but every time I run it it just crashes the apps. So I may end up returning it If it ends up being too simple to do this job. I have tried the cheapy dash infotainment systems before but they are even simpler than this tablet and I really Waze and the ones I have tried didn't have or gave me an option to sideload. Also, it runs on Android Go and it actually is pretty fast for the price.

Okay
I had one of these tablets for 3 years and really liked it so when it wore out I bought this one thinking it was the same. I already had the detachable key board and the nice cover and cords so it seemed like the sensible purchase. However this is not at all like my original and has many annoying changes that are making it unpleasant to use. I will have to buy a different one as daily use on this is too nerve wracking. #1) tablet does not turn horizontal when the cover is set up for horizontal use. If I enter through Google the tablet stays vertical so I can't use the cover. #2) When I enter through Chrome is is horizontal but after you go to 1 site you no longer get to the search page. A page with tabs comes on but clicking on the tabs doesn't open to the search page no matter what. That means I have to go back to Google search page which is only verticle. #3 My previous tablet took great photos and I used that constantly, this tablet the photos are blurry and too light. Not sharp clear printable pictures. After trying several times I had to go retake pictures with my phone. #3) This tablet is very slow, my original Cooper table was super quick even with a hot spot. Where I live now I have the best super fast fiberoptic internet and there is always a delay of 7-10 seconds changing sites. #4) this tablet has the worst keyboard and space bar has to be hit harder than the other keys, I keep having to go back to add spaces because the words are all running together. #5) jumping- in the middle of doing things it suddenly jumps back to the opening page leaving my project out in cyber space, and I have to go back to my Chrome book to start all over because I can't retrieve my work in tabs like I should be able to. All in all not worth it. Get a different brand even kids will be frustrated with this inferior tablet.

Good Buy - Sets Up Out of the Box - Speakers Sound Loud Enough but Tinny
Product is great price, came fully charged. Speakers are tinny as other reviewers say. Has Bluetooth so if that is an issue at this price an external Bluetooth speaker could solve that and still be well under $100. The unit is really light and sleek. It has a tactile surface on the rear of the screen. The touch screen has a small bezel, maybe about 1/4" around the screen. I like that because, nothing is more annoying than trying to handle a device with a frameless screen and having the edges of your fingers activating all sorts of unwanted reactions from the touch screen. The bezel is even a little smaller than I'd like, but that said I was able to pick up the device by the edges, carefully, without activating unwanted reactions from the touch screen. The unit is pretty thin but not so thin that it scares you that it will shatter into pieces if you don't handle it very carefully. I would not mind even if it were a little thicker. The setup took a while, as I imported/cloned my Android desktop from a mobile device. I was a little concerned about a possibility of running low on RAM but even after the import finished I still have plenty of memory. More than 80% left. So that is another concern, by today's standards the RAM is not huge. But again, that probably is not an issue at this point for most any user. Especially if you're not using this as a camera or taking videos with it, and I do not think that anyone purchasing this is going to use the cameras more than very minimal useage. If you're downloading movies that could be another situation. Probably not the tablet for you if you like saving copies of lots of videos in that you will be limited to maybe under 25GB of free RAM after you import your applications and Android profile. That said, you can get away with using a micro-SD card, it can handle a card as large as 512GB. So for video I would not reccommend saving them on the internal RAM, instead just use an external SD card. So, for a nice sized screen with an Android system that can be cloned from your mobile device, and it plays videos, Amazon Prime, YouTube and the like, with WiFi and Bluetooth and GooglePlayStore, at this price, it is a great buy. No issues with it at all after a few days. The system will be sluggish while setting up, which may take a few hours depending on how large your clone is. I used it to watch Amazon Prime during the clone process. After the clone completed, the video was smooth without any lagging. With all the other reviewers complaining about how the screens are cracking on these, I would recommend not using this without a sturdy case. By the time you buy a sturdy case and an external Bluetooth speaker, you are still going to be well under $100 to have a good setup. Took off one star for the sound quality and brittle screen but you might still add the star back for the fantastic price. Another issue with this product, that I almost forgot to mention, the placement of the external buttons. There are three external buttons on one lengthwise side. One is the power on-off button, the other two are volume (up & down) buttons. While using the unit in horizontal mode, I notice that the system is set up to run with the weight of the tablet resting on the buttons - not very logical. In fact, I did have an issue with resting my hand on the top of the screen while the unit was loading a page, the weight was enough to activate the power button and turn the unit off. This seems to be a silly design flaw. When I tried to get the screen rotation to hold the view with the buttons on top there was no success. This definitely could be a huge problem for some users and is definitely a good reason for it to lose a star in the review rating. So one star off for having the external buttons on the wrong side of the screen. So don't hesitate, the price is right and this thing works. For a basic user who doesn't need a really sophisticated tablet with a huge amount of RAM (most people I should think), this table serves its purpose. Just get a case for it at the same time, many reviewers say this has a pretty brittle screen. If you are particular about the sound quality, be prepared for the tinny sound of the speaker, you might need to use external speakers or a headset. To me the tinny sound is tolerable and the volume is loud enough to hear across the room.
