the light is bigger then expected, very light but looks fancy when installed. The fan is very quiet and feels great. My husband is an electrician so the install was like 15 mins. love the light changing options. it does not work well with a dimmable switch need a regular light switch. (as per instruction) . It is a great purchase. I got one for my living room and master bedroom. they look amazing.

I’ve ordered three of these. And all three have worked for less than a year. At first they worked great. After a few months the light didnt turn on when the light switch was switched on, not until you turned the switch back off and then back on again, by then the light would turn on. That was the first sign of it going out. Next after at least another month of switching it on then off and back on again, the light starts to flicker. When the flicker starts, you have less than a week before it goes completely out. Fan works but the lights no longer work. This happened with all three fans I’ve ordered. Don’t waste your time with this fan/light

I need a ceiling fan on to circulate air while I sleep. The problem was we just bought an old house with low ceilings and my boyfriend is a foot taller then me so it really effects him and a normal fan hung to low and was a danger for headaches. But this fan is great, it was easy to install. The blades are enclosed so there’s no risk of getting hit with one. Most of the air goes straight down but it moves quite a bit for a small fan. The light has multiple color and brightness setting which is nice too. We’ve been using it for a year now and it still works great.2yr update: the bright white light setting seems to have burned out. Otherwise everything it still working great. Brightness of the warm light is still adjustable

While installing this fan/light, we found that the LED lights did not work. We had to partially dismantle it to find out that the small plug that connects the LED lights inside the fan had not been connected. Once that was resolved and the fan was installed, we found that the remote was not working reliably. Sometimes the light would respond and sometimes not at all, no matter where we moved in the room. We contacted the manufacturer in California and after giving them some information, they graciously replaced the remote with a new one. So now it all works great. The light has several warmth and brightness settings and the fan has three settings. Most of the breeze from the fan goes in the down direction, but still cools the room. There is a plastic grill that you can turn on that slowly spins beneath the fan to help diffuse the breeze.

Love this light. It is bright and is dimmable. The fan is wonderful. The light is distributed around the room as well as downward, so that is good.update: After about 6 months the light started to blink and acts like it is shorting out. Now I have some of it light up and some of it wont. I have 2 of these, the one I had ordered first is still working just fine. I have no problem with it, but the one I ordered 6 months later no longer feels safe to operate. So I am going to have to replace the light.

The media could not be loaded.  Update: I contacted the seller and I must say that I was very impressed with their customer service. They listened and immediately sent me a replacement. This is what all customer service should be especially when they know they have great product. Thank you.————————————Bought this last may and now I started to see the light when turned on flickering especially on the daylight setting light. Love the product but very disappointed that I now don’t have bright light in my kitchen which is one of the main reason I bought this.

I've now owned 3 of these. The light on the first one started to flicker badly after a couple of weeks; the seller promptly sent us a replacement product. The fan then stopped working after just a few days. Contacted seller again -- no problem -- sent us yet another unit -- garage now filling up with fans. This one went for several months, the only problem being that this unit beeped every time we turned it on. We could live with this for the price. Then a few months in, we started having to flip the wall switch twice to turn the unit on -- Ok, whatever. Then finally, just over a year after we received it, out of warranty but not by much, the light stopped working altogether. Time to try something different.

Todo iba bien de momento dejo de funcionar al control no le encieoni una sola luz he cambiado las baterías y nada sucede. Solo tiene un año y 4 meses de comprado y lleva más de 6 meses sin funcionar. Como consigo un nuevo control o cuáles son los pasos a seguir para cotejar si es que tiene algo suelto o fuera de lugar. Agradecería su ayuda, gracias

Love these ceiling fans! So easy to install! Lightweight and hugs our low ceiling! Loved the first one so bought another one! Low noise too!

I had this fan for only a year or a little over. The lights stopped working. We were sent replacement the wrong type of replacement lights and were told the original LED lights were no longer made and we had to figure it out ourselves. This is unacceptable and I would not have purchased the fan if I knew the lights were not going to be replacable. We had to purchase another fan for our bedroom..

Product is meeting our expectation. Nice product with a fan which is cooling the room in a few seconds what we wanted to have. Nice and light product. We are very happy with it.
