Good product. Not good courier
Great product. Bad - EVRI - delivery. 1st driver msg: "tem handed to customer" ...not. 2nd msg: "item laft in secure place", 10 houses down from mine.

Great specimen
Arrived well packaged, healthy, large and bushy Acer. Also bought another variety from the same company at the same time, which was a small, pathetic, weedy specimen, with shrivelled leaves and broken stems. I can only say that you can’t guarantee the quality of this company.

Damaged plant and no refund or replacement
My shrub arrived in a damaged condition . It had come out of the pot and branches were broken. I contacted the seller straight away and received only a response saying we are extremely busy and are looking into the issue. Nothing else was done despite me sending three further emails. The plant was poor value as it was very small and certainly not what I would have expected from the description . I would not have complained but the damaged plant wasn’t fit to use. This was not satisfactory and the company have done nothing at all to rectify this. Very disappointed and I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Ripped off
Nice plant, but I'd advise to pay for 10.5. As the one I received looked like it had been freshly placed in 3L tub before posting. Roots were none existent, soil in pot was fresh & went everywhere in transit ( showing a more compact root from previous small pot) & looked like the 10.5 in size by the pictures. So I believe I've been conned £10 🙈

Healthy plant.
Plant was received in good condition and is doing well so far. It has lovely little orange leaves on it at the moment. Hopefully, it continues to do well.

Disappointed ☹️
Plant received in good time. Now the problems, plant in a 30cm pot, but looks like very recent pot up from 9cm with a bit of compost chucked in. With reference to transport this was not good. Transport by evri. Item received with severe damage to box around top of pot area. When opened plant was damaged three stems broken and soil missing from pot. Now planted out watered and fed,in a suitable position.waiting for the dream to recover fingers crossed.
