Got this canopy for craft shows. The quality is very good and the material is also heavy for the top and sides!

I was excited about getting these, I ordered 2 for my vendor fairs and got to use them for the 1st time this past weekend. They look and feel heavy duty, they set up fairly easy, love the Velcro around the sides for ease of putting up the side walls and all the extras that can with it. It wasn’t windy the weekend we used it so I can’t comment of that. My issue is the bags they came in. One of the zippers is really hard to open and shut and seems like it is going to break. The other bag already has a hole in the bottom. Again this was the 1st time I had t used them. Disappointed in the bag :(

The canopy frame appears to be okay, but the sidewall straps are cheaply attached and one broke during the first use. I have been trying to work with customer service to get a replacement panel; however, they informed me that the panels that came with my canopy are no longer available. I have the panels that have the horizontal Velcro attachment. After much back and forth on email, they offered to send me a replacement panel that attaches to the upper bars on the canopy and will not match the other two panels. When they finally agreed to replace all three, they informed me that the panels will “have some height difference”. I have no idea what that means and asked them and so far it has been the last communication and it appears they are ghosting me. I haven’t received any panels and the return window has now closed. So, buyer beware when ordering from this company.

Had a microburst take out my ABC Commercial (S1) canopy. While nothing was going to stop that, decided to upgrade with the premium S2 model. Biggest change is the sturdier hex legs. It also has adjustable heights which is nice for setup. Highest height does not match the wall panels so they have a gap at the bottom. The slide on the legs is not always smooth and scratches the leg finish. One leg slide hangs up and have to wrestle it to move legs extension up. Attachments of wall panels as not as positive as the square legs as the strap will rotate around the hex shape when trying to get the zipper in the corner. All that said, I would still make the same purchase.
