Quality produks but rate little more

I am impressed with this product. It was large enough to make just about anything. I used it for fresh salsa and it was a breeze. It has a lot of attachments that you use like a mandolin.( safer than a knife for sure). So far I am pleased. I just hope it stands up to the test of time..

A nice time saver. 3 to 5 turns make a large salad for two. Guac and salsas are a breeze. Can be served in the bowl once the blades are pulled. The big test was chopping 1 lb of chicken livers with onions and eggs for a pate. Came out nice and smooth, way better than I can do with a fork and a cleaver at a fraction of time and effort. The chopper did not break, although the turning mechanism might have been at the edge of its endurance. I may not fill it all the way to the top next time.Best multilevel blades shape and design I've seen. Easily chops 1/2 to 1 inch daikon and carrots. Top food pieces keep dropping down into the blades and mix quick and well. All the attachments work well too. No plastic smell or aftertaste. Stays put on a wooden board but will move some on a slippery counter.Surprisingly easy to clean considering the amount and shape of the parts. Nothing sticks to those plastics, so when I chop fruits, veggies and other non fat foods a quick rinse is enough. To clean oils and meats just wipe with a soapy sponge and rinse with hot water. About as easy as cleaning a fork and a knife. Won't even risk using a dishwasher.Feels like it would last years if used gently and sensibly without excessive force. It is not exactly made of titanium, but still saves a lot of time even when I work it slowly.Extra careful with the blades, especially when washing the main triple blade. All are very sharp and may cut quicker than one may feel.

I had one of these many years ago. When my son moved out I reluctantly gave it to him. Now I have this one that will never leave my house ! Great product and very sturdy and well made, so easy to clean it almost cleans itself. 👍👍

I use this device a lot so wears out
