Love it!
Absolutely what I was looking for! I saw people complaining about wedges sliding. This one doesn't. I had been dying to get one since switching yoga studios and I am so happy about this purchase! Recommend 100%! Perfectly rigid, could sit on it all day.

Great prop for my healing wrist
I used this wedge to support my wrists when doing planks and cat/cow poses. I had injured one of my wrists and the wedge has really helped me ease back into some of these positions without having to flatten my hand and bend the wrist so much. In addition, I have found that the wedge is actually a great prop to sit on when doing the wide-legged seated forward bend because it keeps my pelvis in the proper position so I don't cheat and round my back! It's really become easier since I started practicing with proper form. It was a nice surprise when I visited a yoga studio on vacation and they had this very same wedge! As if my positive personal experience shouldn't be enough, it really made me confident that I was using the right product!

Uhhh, okay.
This is probably a good product ... for what it is. But, my main thought, once I had it and was using it, was 'What's the point?' Like many people who try a new activity and who want to dive into all the accoutrements of that pastime right away, I rushed to buy this wedge, just because the instructor on a CD that I had said that I ought to have one for my yoga practice. My feeling now, after a couple of weeks of use--and assuming that the wedge support is truly essential to my practice--is that there are several other household items around that would have suited my yoga practice just as well as this lil' number and for no cost. A good firm throw pillow, a thick blanket or towel roll, a small log, a stack of newspapers folded in half the long way, a short length of 2" x 4", etc., all would have done just fine. So, save your 15-bucks (or however-much it costs) and try a few other items before you take the plunge in purchasing this item. If you stick with yoga, are a purest, feel that you really must have this particular aid (feeling that your yoga just won't look or act right without one), and you have the money to throw down, then you are not likely to go wrong with this particular brand and this selection.

Use for broken knee.
This wedge was exactly what I needed. I broke my knee ice skating and have to keep my leg up and straight for more than a month. I bought the wedge to fix the slight tilt in the leg rest on my wheelchair, then began using it as a "bridge" between items- the center console in the car and the seat, the bath chair and a table, etc etc. With this wedge and a yoga strap so that I can lift my leg with my arms, I can do many things I wouldn't be able to do without them. Why aren't these standard issue at the doctors office? Thanks!
