Does Job Red Star yeast for my still works like a champ. Easy to use, ferments consistently, and never complains—unlike me when I forget to check it. Definitely makes the process way less stressful (and a lot more fun).

I have used countless kinds of yeast and nothing works faster than this kind. I will not use anything else since I found it. I wish it came in a bigger package.

Just as described

I made some cider and dandelion wine with this. Very strong taste and the final result was almost as powerful as distilled moonshine. You can get tipsy on half a litre of this stuff. It's more powerful than regular yeast, in my opinion.

This yeast is great distilling yeast. Perfect for your whisky’s, rums and things of that nature. However if you are making a simple sugar wash or quick neutral vodka. I would definitely save yourself a TON of money and buy a simple high quality bakers yeast which will produce the same exact result for a much lower price.
