Let me start out first by saying, I had no idea I ordered 2 sets of these. And then let me say, oh my gosh these things are beyond gorgeous and I would not be disappointed if I had accidentally ordered 100 pair! You absolutely would not believe how beautiful they are. That picture doesn't do it justice. I have been looking at stones this color at the jewelers for several hundred dollars. No, they aren't the color in the picture. They are this simply amazing, indescribable color that melts my heart when I look at it. I see most other reviewers love them as much as I do. I am ordering more. Now, to be clear, the ones we love are the long thin aqua looking set. If you clicked on one of the other colors and got one of those sets, with the tear drop shaped stones, those things are garbage.UpdateReceived four more pair. Still loving these!UpdateI wore these out one evening to two different events. I could not count the number of people who stopped me, telling me how beautiful my necklace was. Seriously, men, women, children, I had so many compliments from friends and strangers alike. I came home and ordered 4 more pair. I had kept one, and gave one to my daughter. Now I will have more, to give as gifts. They do not look like $2.05 jewelry. They look like the real deal. I am way beyond impressed.UpdateSo, I wore this set to my 3 grand-daughters 1st dance recital. Everyone was complimenting the necklace. Men, women, boys, girls, people I never met before were telling me it was so beautiful. We went out to karaoke afterwards and everyone there kept complimenting the necklace. I don't think anyone noticed the earrings because my hair covers them. I gave my daughter the second set, and I came home and ordered 4 more. I love this set so much!!!!

I bought these for my young grandchildren to include in a little Mother's Day gift bag that we put together. Just fine for the purpose, but I wouldn't try to pretend the set was good for anything more than that.

For the price, this set is worth it!You get a necklace and matching earrings in the same color in a nice silver tone with little studs. The detailing is very lovely, and even though this set is not an expensive one it sure does look elegant.However, despite the wonderful looks, it isn't all that great either.First of all, I received a teal set, not blue. This affects my rating because I bought them for the blue color that was advertised, not teal. I sent a message to the seller about this and they very kindly sent me a new set and said they personally checked the product over. However, the replacement set I received was teal as well, and was disappointed in this after the seller had said they checked over the product before sending it.Also, the necklace doesn't have an extension. While normally this doesn't affect me, this necklace is shorter than the necklaces I'm used to having no extension, so the necklace doesn't have different lengths. This affects me in that it makes it more difficult to put it on around my neck than I think a necklace should be.The first photo is of the product with more of a focus on the teal color, while the second picture is for sizing reference; the earrings are set next to an IPhone 4 screen.Overall, it's not a bad buy, just don't expect the sapphire color that is advertised but rather some sort of bluish-teal color. If you also like shorter necklaces, this would also be a great buy for you, it just so happened to not be so in my case. If I'm looking for a teal colored necklace and earring set for a family or friend I may consider buying this again, but I will be weary about it.
