The router itself works wonderfully, once you can get it setup. Need an ethernet line to set it up yourself as the company does not have a sticker on the unit with the usual identification needed (i.e., SSID#). So if your computer does not have an ethernet port, you will need to call your Internet company to set up the router.This is a BIG FLAW by the company, and yes, I did communicate with them via phone and email and they were not very helpful and hard to understand. Otherwise, the router has worked very well. I needed a new router as I had moved so chose to get a new router, another NetGear, (have used 2 in the past on previous moves). The new one kept going off line, then on line, then off, then on, repeatedly. After 6 wks of the Internet company coming out every week and finally changing everything on their end, they gave me a Cambium loaner which worked perfectly, thus my decision to purchase a Cambium router.

I ordered this as an exact replacement for a router installed by my internet service. Saved $60 on purchase price. Was easy to set up and, if its anything like the last one, never failed or dropped connection.
