Yes the are men's sized. To be more specific, Fairtex gloves are designed to an international human-male hand scale. They are also measured by weight such as 6z, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, 14oz, 10oz and 18oz. Thus, regardless of the color combo options, a BGV1-16oz in pink will be the exact size of another Fairtex BGV1-16oz gloves in black/white/red.Most women train in 12oz while the men in 16oz. The 16oz has become more popular and the standard glove weight as of late because most gyms requires 16oz gloves for sparring. Traditionally the Thais train with bag gloves and spar with 16oz gloves. Americans don't know the difference and they just like to use one gloves for all purpose. Fairtex BGV1 gloves are designed to be multi-purpose use with its high density foams. Also note that it's 16oz gloves hand compartment is smaller than other brands. Just think of Fairtex BGV1 16oz gloves as cross trainer gloves; workouts on the pads, bags and sparring. I ordered the fairtex muay thai style sparring gloves as described above-note the word "gloves". the package has only one glove in it. is this normal?

I received mine in a pair. Getting one glove must have been an error on the vendor's part. Contact Fairtex or from whoever you got it from.

Not sure.,.i went with black...usually with Fairtex you get what you pay for. I would trust it to look good. Great company in my opinion.

Im 89-90kg. The gloves seem pretty narrow as soon as you put them on for the first time. But they are soft and after a couple of training sessions they take the shape of your hand and fit perfectly like all Fairtex gloves. I got the 12 oz this mexican style as a second glove just for practicing on pads and heavy bag because my first pair of 16 oz BGV 19 gloves doesn't support my wrists so well and sometimes it hurts. After two training sessions I can say that the gloves are great, after 16 ounces your hands seem so fast. You can feel your knuckles very well, but they are protected. The wrist feels great too. I recommend it

Llegaron en tiempo y forma. Los guantes son de la mejor calidad, se ajustan perfecto a la mano, son ligeros, el color es mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos.

Había leído muy buenos comentarios de Fairtex y me he llevado grata sorpresa en cuanto que han resultado una artesanía bien hecha y pensando en entrenamiento pesado se notan duraderos . El guante es bien elaborado, costuras dobles y sin puntas sueltas; piel gruesa, el diseño y el color bien aplicados. Por dentro muy cómodo y bien distribuido. El modelo falcon resultó un amarillo dorado discreto muy elegante. Simplemente hermosos. El único punto negativo que les pondría es que quedan algo sueltos en las muñecas pero con pasar más venda en esa parte de la mano ajustan mejor. Aún así son muy cómodos al golpear, muñeca y nudillos no tienen problemas aún en golpes fuertes en costal, son muy planos en el área de golpeo lo que los hace muy disfrutables. Actualmente poseo unos cleto reyes, Hayabusa tokushu, Venum elite, ringside imf, title anarchy y en definitiva los fairtex son mis favoritos en comodidad, mano de obra, y diseño.

Valgono il costo, Fairtex e' garanzia di qualità. Presi i 16 once per fare sparring, risultano più piccoli dei corrispondenti guantoni di altre marche. Ne ero condspevole e li ho presi per questo, qualcuno potrebbe guardarvi storto durante le sessioni di sparring in quanto sembrano più piccoli di alcuni 10oz. Molto comodo il modello traspirante le mani sudano di meno
