Scentos Scented Markers - Elf - Green - Pine Scent

My wife bought one for our son. He's almost 8. He quickly figured out that if you give it a quick shake the smell is stronger. What he didn't notice was that everytime he shook it after the second time, blue ink fly's out all over the place. We spent hours cleaning our house. I went outside and shook it once nothing happened shook it again ink fly's out. I am on a mission to have this product pulled from every shelf I see it being sold on. If you buy it, be aware there is no warning label. My kids a good kid, he and his older sister didn't notice the damage they did as they ran from room to room with this pen. If anyone sues the maker of this product please add me to the suit.
