Heavy and durable build with a beautiful glaze finish. It arrived in pristine condition. Assembly was easy with a little help for the heavy lifting. The cooking area was larger and more spacious than I expected. After a couple of cooks, I feel confident this will accommodate a variety of different meats, veggies and various recipes. Temperature control is accurate and the companion app makes the difference in convenient monitoring during cooking. Stainless steel grates and powder coated hinge and bands will help avoid rusting. I’m so excited about this new addition to our family and can’t wait to try different wood pellets for adding nuance to flavor themes. Overall, excellent product!

Save yourself the trouble and buy a different brand. I bought the pellet joe and got to use it like 4 times before it broke. They sent me new auger and motor which they diagnosed out of thin air. Spent all day installing the new part and it still doesn't work. I would recommend looking for another brand.

What isn’t there to love with the ease of using pellets and the high quality of a Kamado Joe. It was packaged really well and arrived without a single mark. It was a breeze to put together with a little help lifting it onto the cart. We’ve already put it to use. The food was spectacular and can’t wait for our next cookout to show our friends and family what this grill can do!

As others have said, when it works it’s great. I found that we had no issues when using the app to set the temperature but when we used the knob instead, it wasn’t controlling the temp and just burning at high temps. So now we just use the app and it’s fine. But that shouldn’t be the case for such an expensive piece of equipment. Otherwise it seems well made.

Easiest cooker I've ever had. With it being ceramic it also holds heat way better than other smokers with thin metal. Some people say you don't get much smoke flavor with pellets but get some good quality pellets and let this beast take over!

Really like this grill. I loved cooking with big green egg, but this takes the cake. Pellets are so much more convenient than charcoal. And this thing is so easy for my 91-year-old father to use. Just turn it on and set the temperature with one knob. The app is also excellent! The only thing that I would change is that we have issues with it pairing to our Wi-Fi in the house, which is a big house with multiple Wi-Fi units. They have never seem to come up with a fix for that.

Stopped working after a dozen times and bad customer support!!! Such a great idea but not good quality, AVOID this product until they invest in customer service and quality!

Bought this grill November of 2023 and it stopped heating this July. Loved it initially and vacuumed it out after each use but last few smokes it had erratic temperatures then it just stopped getting hot. Emailed customer service should take 5days to get back to me bummed
