K**!
Excellent.
These are relatively comfortable and work very well for hands-free magnification of close objects. I'm 40 and use them for soldering and work on small models, and for that purpose they are simply a lifesaver. They are surprisingly well-made and well-designed -- I don't think you can do better for twenty bucks. Originally I considered buying the full OptiVisor contraption, which may be great, but I'm now fully satisfied with these. Note these unfortunately DO NOT have glass lenses, as the top description states... The lenses are acrylic.

cheap and flimsy
These felt really flimsy and wouldn't stay put on my face. I returned right away.

Great for beaders!
This is the second pair of Donegan Clip-On Magnifier's I own. I am an avid beader with fading eyesight who needs magnification in order to work close up. You can use the magnifiers without the glass frame by clipping them to your glasses, but I prefer to keep the magnifier attached to the lightweight plastic frames that come with the set. I put these on over and behind my regular glasses, and then swing the magnifier down in front of my usual lenses. When I want to look out it is very easy to just flip the magnifier up and out of the way. I have owned magnifiers that involve headbands but they give me a headache after a while. The magnifier section can be removed from the glasses and folds down into a small case. This makes it easy to take them when I travel. There are many much more expensive magnifiers out there, but these are great for the price and despite heavy use over more than two years they still work fine. There is more than one magnification. Mine are 2X. I love them so much I got a second pair.

but it's better than the the optivisor where it makes you sweat ...
This is an ok item, it tends to fall of the glasses, but it's better than the the optivisor where it makes you sweat and tend to give you a headache after a long wear.

Great for jewelry work
These clip-ons are great quality. The fact that they flip up is very handy (as I also wear readers with them). The only negative (and not a fault in their design an construction) is that when I wear a mask when polishing at the bench polisher they fog up a bit and I have to switch over to a visor.

Focal length not adjustable
We have been using similar lenses that have a comfortable focal length of approx12-14 inches. This lens and stud lenghth combination are much to short and we have to work at 6-8 inches from our patient - not comfortable - the focal length could be made to easily adjust solving the problem

Difficult fit
My wife loves the glasses, but it was a difficult fit. The glasses kept sliding down her nose . I fixed the problem by heating the earpieces with a hair dryer and gently bending them in. It took a couple of test fittings but now she is happy with them.

So far, so good...
They're light weight so the lens stays up when you don't need it...and they don't feel like they're going to fall off every time you move your head. I'm pretty certain that I could wear these all day without issue. Rather than use the included frame, I simply attached these to my safety glasses. Though the frame is a nice touch if one doesn't have, or need, glasses... I wear safety glasses that look much like "wrap around" sunglasses, but with clear lenses. I may pick up another, stronger, set for real intricate work. But so far these are doing everything I had hoped for.
