I have been using these biotin supplements for a while now, and the results have been fantastic. As I slowly creep towards my 50s, my hair continues to thin and fall out. These vitamins are extremely beneficial to helping reduce that problem, but also helps in other ways as well. I used to take Hair skin nails vitamins alone, but Doc said adding a little more biotin would be fine, considering of course the other regular meds I’m on as well. I’ve been taking a combo for almost a year now and I’ve thankfully seen much less hair loss and my nails grow very fast and strong. I’ll continue with my regular daily vitamins, until something changes or my Doc tells me otherwise.

I had been taking Nature Made Biotin for many years before I decided to make a change and it was a mistake. The softgels are easy to swallow and you can see the results. When I changed to a different supplement, the first thing I noticed was my fingernails have become thin, ragged, and slow to grow. I don't want to wait any longer and find out what else changes for the worse. This is back on my reorder list ASAP.
