We had two of these 23 years ago with our baby daughters. I remembered how great they were at controlling smell. I’m now buying this to double bag urostomy/colostomy bags. It’s easy to use and set up. The cartridges just drop into the top of the lid, pull enough film up to tie a knot in it and push it back though so that you can hook it onto a side hook underneath. There is a separate cutting blade on the underside too, to cut the film when you need to empty the bin. Put the bag into the top and twist in a full circle so that the film wraps and seals. Close the lid and you are done. Smell free and hygienic. The quality of this is excellent. Similar design to 23 years ago but it’s much sleeker and performs better. I like that I’ve been able to colour co-ordinate to our bathroom, we bought green. As this is a long term condition, I’ve subscribed to the cartridges as this option ensures value for this essential bathroom hygiene product. I hope this review helps other ostomates.

Good value for money, nice colour with others available, great product

We had two kids and had never jumped on the nappy bin bandwagon. When our third child arrived we continued to resist the urge to buy one,But having to deal with flies and their eggs (on the lid of the pedal bin we had been using for nappies) quickly changed our minds! a proper nappy bin was urgently in order.The lid of this bin shuts properly and clicks closed, no fly is getting in here, plus the twist function means even if they did they would never reach the contents of the bin as you manually twist the bin bag after depositing each nappy with the rotating function inside the lid.Gone is the smell, flies and yuk factor. I can’t believe we didn’t get this sooner.

A good nappy bin! Stores quite a good amount of nappies before needing to be emptied. I would recommend lining the bin with a bag with handles to make it easy to empty as it’s just one big long bag with twists in between & it’s not easy to empty! It does contain the smells pretty well too. IGive 4 stars because the cartridges are expensive & so is the bin.

We live in an apartment so this is necessary. Easy to set up and use. No smell at all. Would highly recommend got it on offer so was very cheap, good value for money

Holds a lot of nappies and keeps smells away

It looks nice! It's blue! That's about it for positives sadly. If you have to pay for specialist bin bags, I'd expect this to be scent free, but it isn't! It's okay if you put a nappy in a nappy sack, then in the bin but all that plastic? All that unnecessary cost? In my mind, it's pointless. Stick your nappies in the outside bin afterwards and you have no scent and no extra spend. You have to really click the lid down to close fully and then it's hard to open, especially if you have a baby in one arm while trying to put the nappy away. Waste of money and wouldn't recommend or buy again.

This is a nice, easy to use Nappy bin. It's clean, neat, easy to use. Good value for money.

Hemos leído algunas reseñas que dicen que la papelera no es estanca. Efectivamente no lo es, pero en nuestra experiencia funciona muy bien para aislar el olor. Al colocar el pañal en el hueco y girar el mecanismo, la bolsa de basura queda sellada por la única salida posible. Esto contribuye a evitar el mal olor, así como también la tapa del cubo. A largo plazo, creo que quizá sale un poco caro porque los recambios de bolsas de basura tienen que ser los de la marca y no son precisamente baratos. Con todo, es una opción interesante para evitar mezclar los pañales del bebé con la basura normal (eso sí que huele mal!) y con una cierta tecnología de aislamiento. Lo pedimos como beneficio de la lista de nacimiento de Amazon, y no nos arrepentimos para nada.

Bei mir dient der Windeleimer als Katzenklo-Eimer. Dadurch riecht es nicht mehr unangenehm nach dem säubern und durch die Größe muss man nicht alles sofort raus bringen. Es reicht einmal am Tag oder alle 2 Tage bei zwei Katzen. Die Tüte rutscht auch von selbst nach unten und durch das Abschneiden verbraucht man nicht unnötig Plastik. Werde es trotzdem erstmal mit normalen Tüten danach probieren, da mir die nachfüllkasetten zu teuer sind.
