Quick response from seller when battery failed
Overall I like the batteries. The have worked will with my Craftsman tools. I did have one that failed and would not charge. Failed just after the 30 day return period with Amazon. Contacted the seller and they replaced the battery without question, quick shipping on the replacement as well. So far very happy with the battery and support.

Just as good as Craftsman batter but still not great
I purchased these 2 batteries as the leaf blower I had was only running about 5-6 minutes and I thought the battery (a Craftsman) was just older. I timed these two from fully charged compared to the Craftsman one I had purchased, and they are also about 5-6 minutes from fully charged. So just as good as the Craftsman one that came with the leaf blower but still somewhat frustrating that between three batteries I cant get the leaves in my yard dealt with unless I re-charge. So great value but still wish it was better.

At first they were great, then they werent
I got these about 6 months ago and now they both don’t work. One says it’s fully charged but doesn’t turn on any of my tools. And the other is dead but I can’t recharge it because it stopped recharging. Waste of money.

Great option for Craftsman v20
Ihave no dislike for this product. What I like - it's just as good as my Craftsman batteries for a much lower price. Hint: Craftsman 20v is also Made In China. What's in a name? 🤔👍👍

If you plan on doing a lot of weed eating you should get an extra charger also.
I now have 3 batteries. The batteries last about 30 minutes apiece. It took one hour and fourty minutes to charge each battery. If you have a lot of work to do and are able, you will also need an extra charger. These batteries work just as good as the battery that came with the weed eater. I am very glad I got these batteries. I really need to get another charger.

Manufactures certainly don't want to standardize batteries between one another, because it must be their money maker. Cordless tool manufactures either reverse the polarity (+ -) from competitors or they make a unique slide in rail to contain the battery. Well finally a company that makes replacement lithium batteries without breaking the bank. I own Craftsman, Bosch, Bauer, B&D the list goes on. These do fine (3.0Ah) for a tool that doesn't draw high amps like a chain saw, so these for fine for my application.
