This pump was virtually perfect. It was very securely packaged. It is a heavy item so inadequate packaging could have been disastrous. It installed with no trouble. If I were to find any fault it was with the filter. It seemed a little loose and wobbly. I wasn’t overly concerned as the original pumps didn’t have filters. If you are only moderately mechanically inclined like me this may be the way to go as opposed to buying a kit and rebuilding your original pump. I had the old out and this one installed in about 4 hours.

So far seems to be what it claims to be working better than the old pump
