I have used POLY Mem for over 30 years and seen it heal some incredible wounds during that time! It was always my go to wound care for those wounds that were difficult to heal!

So many application, great for delicate skin.

I was already familiar with the performance of PolyMem wound dressings when I purchased this. My mother-in-law had a wound on her ankle for 2 years. The doctor treated it with ointment and bandages. A homecare nurse did some research and decided to try the Polymem, which is a pink foam type dressing. You apply the Polymem, dry, no creams or ointment. Leave it on until you can see fluid leakage starting to show through the dressing, usually 2 or 3 days. Then gently wash and pat dry the wound and reapply a fresh dry Polymem dressing. My mother-in-law's 2 year old wound healed in 10 days with the Polymem. I reccomend it to everyone! It is expensive but, since it actually works in a short time, you don't need much. Plus, what is more important than healing a persistent wound in as short a time as possible!? You can get it in different sizes. Read the description carefully to see if what you're ordering will require tape to adhere or not. These small pieces I bought are already made to adhere like a bandaid.

Promotes faster healing and even burns epithelize faster and less scarring. It is a great product.

These are very individual pieces of Polymem barely big enough to place over a wound the size of a quarter! Very very disappointing! I’ve never left a negative rating until now! Thankfully I ordered a roll for back up! Sadly this is an item that cannot be returned. Don’t waste your money!

I'm a retired nurse and I use to use this on bed sores and it worked very well. It's also great for burns and blisters.

Heals wound well even on tender areas

This is a great bandage -- great cushion, doesn't stick, strong adhesive. It is expensive so it isn't practical to use them to replace regular bandaids. My husband had an ingrown toenail cut out and a few of these were sent home with him post procedure. I was so impressed, I ordered more.
