I purchased these to make cake pops for Valentines Day. They worked perfect. They are the perfect length for cake pops. They are also sturdy enough to hold the cake pop without bending or wobbling. Although they are sturdy they are also slender enough to easily insert into the cake pop. The price for these was great and you get so many! The package has 100 so they will be around for the next couple times I make these. I haven't tried them for anything else but I think they would work well for other homemade treats. I would recommend these to others and also purchase them again when I run out. Also the Wilton brand name is one I am familiar with so I was comfortable buying these knowing that I could anticipate a good quality product.

they're very sturdy and will not soften and bend even when coming into contact with hot melted chocolate. They are however too long for that purpose.

I didn't buy these for baking, but for making columns on my tea light village library and bank. They are perfect for that. I'm very pleased.
