Haven't used them yet, but washed them and seemed like they are pretty good. There seemed like there were some imperfect spots on them, but not bad. It does come with a basting brush and cook book. Not any I really feel like trying though. The value is pretty good for the price though.

Very nice and great value for your money

Unlike many skewers we've used in the past, these are really sturdy and hefty... They're not going to get bent or broken while used or lost in a kitchen drawer when they have their own sturdy pouch in which to be stored and kept clean for the next use. And there's more than enough of them to keep our big family satisfied and still have plenty for guests, too.

So far no bending, warping, or rusting. They need sharpened a bit when you get them, but I know big companies don't want them too sharp for fear of lawsuits.

Love the length of the skewers which allows plenty of space for a flavor-packed kabob of meat and veggies or seafood and veggies. Also the twist at the top keeps the veggies/meat from sliding too close to the handle. Perfect for indoor or outdoor grilling.

I received my 17" set today. Great size and well polished skewers but they are magnetic. I hope they are reallt rust-proof as mentioned. It does not come with a Silicone Baking Brush as described. I am okay without it. So I am going use keep it this time.

I was impressed with these. We used them with chicken and shrimp. I was glad to have so many for grilling for a group, but I need a bigger grill!!!
