For price alone you simply will not find better quality.With a smooth floor and filled base you can really give this a good whack (train punches aswell as kicks/knees/elbows myself as i've done muay thai for a few years) and not worry about it tipping over or breaking, solid construction. As i've recently moved it outside onto decking as i dont have as much space where it was i can't go 100% power however still plenty of force (the kids and mrs barely even put a dent in this) to condition my shins and body without worrying about it toppling. I needed something close to a hanging heavy bag but beams in my house just wouldnt support the swinging weight. Price, Easy to build, delivery came 3 days early,5 stars all round

What a product! Bought as an Xmas gift for a fitness fanatic teen. It's strong and sturdy and withstands some serious knocks from our soon. We have it in his bedroom and it has been a hit..he trains on it between his studying. Great gift for anyone into their fitness. Highly recommend

Overall not bad for price, quality is good & you can have a good go at it, my advice use sand in base instead of water for sturdiness to prevent flipping over if you're a strong pucher or kicker.

Do not buy a free standing punch bag from this company. A free standing punchbag is not supposed to wobble this one does constantly. When I asked for a refund and too return this item I have been completely ignored

After my sixth session with this, the leather on the bag itself became very loose. Each time I punched, the skin of the bag moved far too much (as though it was not properly secured to the material inside). Other issues: you can't really throw decent combos that involve more than 2 punches, as the thing wobbles like crazy! Not worth £130. You're better off paying 50 or 60£ for a heavy bag and hanging it from a tree. I did this, and it works great

Absolutely love this punch bag! It’s an excellent height for myself and my partner. The base isn’t as massive as others I’ve seen so doesn’t take up too much space. We filled ours with 3 bags of sand to prevent it topping but the suction pads that come with it will be excellent if you don’t have carpet. Very good quality and great value for money! The base did get delivered separately to the punch bag and the punch bag arrived 2 days later which was confusing at first but not an issue. Would certainly recommend!

Great bit of kit needs about four bags of sand in it though 👍

Decent quality but I really don’t like the exposed metal part on the base, could cause serious injury if you are going for a kick and miss your target. They could have easily covered this with a pad.
