Perfect Remedy Ice Packs for Injuries (Regular) - 2 Hot Cold Compress Gel Packs and 1 Velcro Wrap

I'm very pleased with this product. I've been using the packs mainly to help with muscle pain in my lower back. I like to take them out of the pack and wrap them in a thin cloth to do this, but the cover and strap looks like it would be great if you wanted to strap it to your shoulder or leg. They're very malleable and retain heat well so they're quite comfortable to lie down on for a while and do a great job of alleviating the muscle tightness.It's often pretty hot where I live so I've also found that when it's uncomfortably hot out I like to chill a pack for a little while, wrap it in a paper towel and lie down with it on the back of my neck. It's pretty darn flexible cold too so it's a great way to beat the heat.I'm very happy with these so far, from my experience they seem like they'd also be great for inflammation. I can tell I'll probably get a lot of use out of these over the years and definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about these gel ice packs! The hook/loop closure ("Velcro" to all of us laypersons) sticks really well to the fleecy surface of the gel pack cover, and the elastic band is plenty wide enough to be comfortable if it's wrapped around ankle/knee. I bought these to use post-surgically instead of an ice water recirculator thingy (I am certain that's the technical name of the doohickey my orthopedist's clinic wanted to sell to me following my ankle tendon repairs). I'm very satisfied with the cooling time - about 20 minutes is all they last before needing frozen again... coincidentally enough, that's the maximum amount of time one should apply ice in any given session to avoid frostbite-like skin injury! I also appreciate the flexibility of the gel packs when frozen, and they are certainly more portable than a cooler with tubes running every which way when you're on crutches.

As a long distance runner, I sometimes have knee pain or tight calves. This ice pack was the ideal temperature and shape for treating those areas. The strap helped keep it securely in a good location. The gel pack stayed cold for a relatively long time, without being so cold that I felt the need to shift it or take a break, as with traditional ice packs. I would definitely recommend this to other athletes. So glad it includes two packs, so you can rotate through them!

These are very comfortable and easily moldable. My only complaint is that they don't stay cold for very long.I use these nightly for elbow/tendon issues. After about 15 minutes out of the freezer, they simply aren't very cold. After 30 minutes, you could (not recommended) safely put them on bare skin.I would buy this product again, but would love if they stayed cold for a longer period of time.

Arrived quickly, well packaged. Get very cold, like that there was two so I could switch off. I noted several reviews said they didn't stay cold very long. I didn't have any issue with that. I put it on my jaw at night & it stayed cold for several hours. Just make sure your freezer is set to a colder temp, it can only get as cold as your freezer.

I ordered this product in anticipation to an upcoming foot surgery. I put the gel packs in the freezer and was ready for when I would come home after the surgery. The elastic holder could not be more perfect for holding them in place especially in an awkward spot like the top of your foot. This product is awesome!

These ice packs are the perfect size! I got them for my husband who was experiencing some lower back discomfort. The chiropractor recommended application of cold therapy to reduce inflammation. My husband stated, "They're just the right fit." The sleeve is a wonderful addition. Highly recommend this product for those with aches and pains!

These ice packs are just the right size and work perfectly for me. I use them for either the front of my knee or back and they stay in place. Having the 2 jell packs makes a lot of sense since sometimes I need the cold for several hours. I will probably order another.
