It's a nice gift, and it's strong and creative for the kids.

Who doesn't like candy? This building set is so fun, my daughter, 5 , builds these things she calls helicopters for her barbies to fly around on! They're bright and colorful, we've had them since Christmas, they get used almost daily and they're not showing any wear. The box they came in is a sturdy cardboard box with a handle that is also holding up well and it makes clean up easy! We love them, there are a lot of different ways to use them, you're only limited by your imagination. Update: We've had this set for almost a year now, it's been played with quite a bit and has held up really well, even the box, which we use to store them. I had planned on purchasing another set this Christmas so my daughter could build more things, however the price jumped from under eighteen dollars to twenty-six + , give me a break! With oil prices so low (and gas) if anything they should be cheaper. So I'll pass!

Bought this as a way to try to sneak in some fine motor skills with my kids, it’s worked! Who doesn’t want to play with stuff that looks like candy?! Love and the things you can build!

Great for christmas theme.

These are awesome! My (almost) 4 year old received these for Christmas. The pieces are large and colorful. The booklet gave some great starting points for building cute creations, and we enjoyed building them. I only knocked a star off for two little complaints. First, the pieces are hard to put/keep together. My 10 and 7 year old could do it alone, but my daughter (who's close enough to 4 to be considered in the target age range for this product) needed my help to build with these. Some pieces stay connected well, but some are too loose and fall out, while some were tight and have a little too much resistance for the preschool crowd. The other is that even with almost 100 pieces, we basically had to take every creation apart before we could build anything else. There were plenty of striped sticks, but not enough of the other pieces. It would almost take two sets to really be able to build, and certainly for two children to enjoy building at the same time. Otherwise, they are super cute and we're happy with the set.

Bought these for home after seeing my daughter play with them at daycare. She calls it candy crush and seeks it out for individual play often.

These days it seems like toys are made of the thinnest plastic possible and just not designed to last. Well this is the best quality toy I've purchased in a long time! I was actually hoping they offered other add-ons but don't see anything. My 3 year old daughter loves this toy and it's really fun to make things. I would highly recommend this toy! Love it!

great size. for my 5 year old grandson, he really enjoyed them. I did purchase 2 boxes so he has enough to really build on.
