I could not have asked for a more perfect couch. It came in two boxes, on was long but very light and the other one was a bigger square box and pretty heavy. It took less than 25 mins to completely put it together. This is the perfect size for my 450 sqft studio and fits the width of a queen bed perfectly. It’s lower to the ground and has smaller armrests for an overall lower profile couch. I can lay out comfortably on it but it’s firm enough to keep its shape. It’s sturdy and the way they have you assemble it is with sturdier hardware so it’s not going to bend or break with time. Each screw for the legs threaded perfectly into the bottom of the couch and the back slid on in one easy step. I was able to assemble the entire couch alone without a second person’s assistance. It’s small enough to maneuver alone and doesn’t take a lot of muscle to get it where you want it to go.Overall perfect couch and really can’t say enough great things about it!

I love this little couch!! The cushions are comfy, it’s a perfect size for my 480sqft apartment, and the fabric is a soft, gorgeous, deep green. Absolutely thrilled by this. Also, it came in two boxes I was actually able to get up the stairs by myself! It was extremely easy and took less than 30 minutes to put together and it seems sturdy so far! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a solid loveseat. The green color is nice, as is the velvet-like fabric. It was easy to put together. The instructions were good. I appreciated that the company even included a screwdriver! The cushions are quite firm--a little too firm for us, but they're okay overall. I also wish the seat section was a little longer, meaning the loveseat could be a little wider. But still, a very good loveseat for the price. The cat loves it.

The blue of this couch is bluer than the picture, and it it gorgeous! It is a perfect size for our waiting area, is more comfortable than I expected and was easy to put together. We have gotten a ton of compliments on it and we’ve only had it a week.

I like how it looks, but the only time I’ve been able to fall asleep on it was inebriated. It’s hard, not very big, so thank goodness I’m short but I can barely lay down on it. It’s just an expensive couch for what it is.

Delivery: came in two separate packaging. Immediately noticed the instructions on how to cut open as well as contact information for support for and damages to the cushions.Directions: very simple but the beat surprise was they give you a WHOLE TOOL. Not that little buckle buster Allen wrench thing. It’s a double sided Phillips/flat head combo!! Immediately impressed!Assembly: sooooo simple. I was watch RHONJ and putting the couch together at the same time by myself. Some of the feet were scratched up but who cares? They won’t be seen especially if you are putting it on carpet or a rug.Now here is the fun part. When going to slide the back of the couch down into the base bracket, one side wouldn’t meet. (Had to put on our thinking cap at this point) Got my husband to help me side the back down in every way possible to get both sides to catch and nothing work. (Already had my email drafted up to send the the support email on the outside of the box to ask what could be done.) We had the idea to loosen the brackets on the base of the couch so give them some play to hopefully catch the top bracket and TAA-DAAAA! It worked. Sits beautifully and feels well supported even away from the wall.Customer support: Remember that I had my email drafted up to send. Well I had sent it. Went downstairs to eat dinner then got the kid ready for bed. Came back to my phone and already had a response from customer support! (I’m shookith) Never in the history of customer support has a response been sent this fast! No it was not a robo message. It was a person asking me for more information even suggested to make a video of the problem so they can properly assist me! I felt bad that we had the idea to loosen the brackets before seeing the email from support because I would have gladly cooperated. I instead informed them of our actions and are happy still with the purchase. THEY RESPONDED!!! They thanked me for the purchase and gave an offer for further assistance if needed.Completely satisfied with this purchase!

It's not the most comfortable in the world, but it's elegant and sturdy, and better quality than we expected. My wife bought this for her study, and has fallen asleep a couple times on it without any complaints. It's pretty stiff, but that's a matter of taste. Assembly was easy, but goes a lot faster with a drill and extension. Great buy for the price.

The couch is confortable to sit on but the Back of the couch is slanted a little back so you kinda feel like your going to slip out. It's good for the price it looks nice. I've had it for 3 months now and it's still in good condition.
