Tastes great! The directions are a bit confusing. It comes with a one ML syringe dropper, but you’re supposed to take .5. So I have to be careful to make sure I don’t overdo it. Otherwise great

The media could not be loaded. Mary Ruth’s is a brand with great quality. Maca is great for so much, including balancing hormones. As someone perimenopausal but can’t really tolerate hormone therapy, Maca is helping significantly. The taste is bitter and earthy. To help, I put the recommended dose in a medicine cup and add a little water. Shoot it back, then have something flavored nearby to follow up with.

Website description said it'll increase energy, but Anytime I take it, it makes me fatigued. I take the correct amount too but I immediately fall asleep after taking it. Had to stop taking it immediately! Also note you cannot return it even though it doesn't work
