This 2 speed oscillating little fan is okay. There are a few handy features that make it nice having on my desk. First, I like that this can be powered 2 different ways, via 4 AAA batteries or the included USB cable. Since this fan really only works if you are very close to it, I find using the USB cable the most efficient way to power it.The fan also can be positioned to my liking in an up and down motion. The range of motion is also nice, especially if you place it on a desk shelf. If you do place it on a shelf, you lose some of the cooling off breeze though because again, it really needs to be right next to you to feel the breeze. I also like the simple on/off and and up and down buttons which control the speed of the blades. I will tell you now that you always need to use the fastest mode to get the full cool-off effect.The oscillation is also nice and does help add another cool-off level. The fan is super quiet, which for me is great since my desk is in a busy location and the last thing I want to do is disturb the people around me.Another thing I appreciate is the size and construction of the fan. It is not a cheap plastic fan and holds up well to being moved around. I have also used the fan in my car to blow as much AC my way as possible.Even with a lot of the handy features, this fan really only works best if it is close to you. I would say anything further than 2 feet away and you really don't feel much. For the price I was expecting a lot more power as one can purchase a larger sized, more powerful fan, but if you need convenience, quiet and portability, this fan fits the bill and will cool you down as long as it is right next to you.I purchased this 2 speed oscillating desk fan at a discount in exchange for using and reviewing with an unbiased approach, thus my review reflects my personal experience and opinion.

What a great little fan! Perfect to take with you for those moments when you just need a bit of air but you are out and about and have no way to plug in a fan. It lasts long enough to give you a bit of relief. The multi-speed function is a great feature! It is easy to charge and super easy to use. The handle makes it super easy to carry or you can sit it down on a flat surface and keep it in place. I really like this little fan and would highly recommend it to anyone.I put much value in honest reviews when making my own purchases and wish to pass this consideration along to other Amazon shoppers.
