MAC never lets me down. This highlighter matches my skin, doesn't crease, and brightens my tired eyes perfect. Ive tried many highlighters but this one is the one. The packaging is awesome. Works like a pen,you just click to get the perfect amount.

Product Great, Ordering Experience Not Awesome
I got the product, tried it twice. I love the coverage and the color. On the second or third time putting it on, the product stopped advancing out of the container. I kept twisting the knob but nothing came out. I went to see what my options were. No way to contact the seller to ask them to remedy it so the only option was to return the product as defective which means I now have to spend my time taking the defective one to UPS. Seems like there should be a way for the seller to fix without additional burden to me.

Faulty makeup item
I bought this item in July. I opened it this week. I have used it twice and it is empty. I literally dab it in 3 spots. This is a product I buy regularly from MAC. I will never again buy it from an Amazon seller.
