Eventually: Strap fatigues and fails / at first: Works surprisingly well, better than Pop Grips
Good adhesion (for me)OK to holdNot durable: failed ~1 monthBAD: After circa six weeks of use, the connection between the strap that you put your finger into, and the plastic tab that slides in its track, failed. I.e. the strap starts flapping loose. It appears to be an adhesive failure between two separate plastic parts. This is disappointing, although not surprising. I was concerned about this from the very beginning. IMHO this is not necessarily fundamental, i.e. it could be redesigned to avoid using an adhesive for this connection. But until this design problem is fixed, it is not worth purchasing this device. And of course, how can you verify that the design problem is fixed off an Amazon listing? And how can you verify that a problem that only appears with six weeks of use is or is not present during your initial evaluation?– – – –Unfortunate. I really liked the strap, and I really do wish that it did not fail from fatigue during use. I like it enough but I had bought four extra to use as Christmas stock and stuff, but I will be returning them.—-When I first received this product, and for the first month or so, I like it so much that I give it 5 stars, the highest ranking.. However, because it failed in use, I have Re-scored it the lowest possible ranking, and added the notes above to this review.———-+ Originally:I was agreeably surprised by this grip. I bought it because the Pop Grips that I have used for several years were interfering with Qi wireless charging. I was concerned that this grip was not omnidirectional, and would not allow me to hold the phone in the several different orientations that I use. This is true, it is far easiest to hold the phone vertical or horizontal, but even the intermediate positions work OK, given looseness of the strap. Was concerned that the strap being loose might increase risk of dropping, but in fact I feel more confident about it than I did with the PopGrip. It also makes it much more useful stand than the PopGrips do. Bonus: I now realize that the Pop Grips or causing hand pain, making me want to avoid using my phone. This grip causes less pain :-) Overall +Qi wireless charging, +comfortable, +reduced risk of dropping, +less hand pain, +stand. Overall, the best type of Phone grip I have yet found.—-+ after 1 month of useStill happyMinor complaint: the strap gets bent, and no longer lies flat when I am not using. But at least it straightens out when The phone is lying on its back, e.g. on a desk or on a Qi charging pad or in a Qi car chargerGood: combination of my iPhone 8, a Qi friendly battery case, and this strap still works well, e.g. it still charges wirelesslyMinor complaint: on the battery case I had to reverse this strap, because the battery case had a button close to the bottom which I had to leave uncovered. If I left the strap in the normal orientation the loop to put my finger through was too far away from my hand to be comfortable. Reversing the strap So that the loop is closest to the bottom works, but then the loop is not in the centre of the phone and it no longer works quite so well as a stand. :-(

Great idea, but not very comfy
I have had no issue with adhesion. The large surface area on a nice clean case makes for a super hold. I had PopSockets fall off several times on me, but this hasn't budged a bit. The stand mode is nice for propping it up to view handsfree. It has saved me from dropping my phone in the grocery store, as I'm using my phone for shopping lists. It works great for selfies, one handed texting, and bath tub safety. However the ring itself is not very comfy. Thin stiff plastic digs into my finger, and there is only one orientation you can have it on that finger, so holding it that way for long periods of time is very uncomfortable. There is plenty of room in the ring, and it can be squashed flatter to fit thinner fingers or a more snug grip. You can even fit 2 fingers in there depending on the size of your hand. The loop does bump out a bit after use, but will squash flat again with the weight of the phone. I haven't had any issues with it preventing wireless charging, and it fits nicely in my handsfree dash mount charger. If it could be made with squishier material, or somehow made more ergonomic, it would be a wonderful product. Nevertheless I will keep using it, just not for very long stretches of time.

Nice!
The Grab Tab is really comfortable and makes it easy to use my phone one-handed! It took me a minute to figure out how to remove the plastic backing from the adhesive, but after a bit of a struggle I was able to get things in order. After that, it was pretty much smooth sailing as it was very easy to adhere to my phone case (I have an Otterbox case in the Symmetry Series). The center tab is easy to slide up and lock in place; however, I feel like the "loop" is sort of large in its full form, so I've just been sliding one finger in and not bothering to lock the tab unless I'm using the grip as a phone stand. I haven't tried using wireless charging since I've gotten the Grab Tab, but I think it will probably work just fine as both the Grab Tab and my phone case are rather lightweight and not too bulky.I have tried other phone grip products in the past - I've used a PopSocket, a metal phone ring, and a Love Handle (elastic grip) before this one - and I have to say, I'm very impressed with the GrabTab thus far! Unlike with a Pop Socket or phone ring, I am able to lay my phone flat on a table; it also doesn't get caught in my pocket like it sometimes did when I had the Pop Socket. And unlike the Love Handle (another slim, convenient phone grip), the Grab Tab also offers the benefits of a phone stand without any of the bulk. It's really great, and I'm glad I tried it out :)Aside: I have a solid black phone case, and I purchased a tri-colored aqua, grey, and pink Grab Tab... the colors are a little less vibrant in person, but I'm still happy with how it looks.

not bad but could be better
Watched a load of youtube reviews and decided on this.• slim and doesn’t get in the way when putting your phone in your trouser pocket• the tab/loop bit is plastic and over time it protrudes out. Not a big deal but some people might find it annoying that it doesn’t go back 100% flushed. Putting your phone faced upwards on a table helps it go back a bit• the pattern started to wear off at the corners and i’m left with white patches on an otherwise lovely design• sturdy! didn’t fall off my phone and i could happily carry my phone using the tab without worrying it would fall off• wireless charging isn’t 100%. you have to move it around a bit on your wireless charger to get the “sweet spot”• sometimes the tab wouldn’t stay in place when using it to prop up the phone to watch something. the slot the tab goes into isn’t deep enough in my opinion so occasionally it slips out. need to make sure it slots into place before watching.

Useful with strong adhesive, but thick and broke after 1 year
Bought this for my Galaxy S8 with an OtterBox Commuter case just over 1 year ago. While it worked it was a great phone stand/holder. However it is also a bit too bulky (3.5mm / 1/8"), so I lost the ability to use wireless charging, and had to get a deeper phone mount for my car. If you have a slim case this might not be a problem. The adhesive on the holder is very strong and is still holding well to the case. Unfortunately after 13 months the strap broke off of the sliding plastic piece so it's effectively useless now. I also can't get it off of my case because the adhesive is so strong..It was good while it lasted but considering the short life and the sacrifice of wireless charging I'd look for another product.

Very slim and allows wireless charging
I really like this as a holder/stand vs the pop sockets. I use wireless charging most of the day so to have this fold to a slim profile and allow for wireless charging is great. I've used it for about a month and haven't had any problems yet. For the price this is a great product!

Great basic phone grip
Great option for a phone grip. Can be used as a grip or a stand for horizontal viewing. The finger hole is on the larger side. I found myself putting two fingers through to hold it comfortably. It’s a good choice if you just want a basic phone grip that is not a pop socket. Also. Typing while the phone was flat was awesome. No movement at all.

Does not work with wireless charging as stated.
Looks good, functions well and sticks well. However, it does NOT allow my Samsung wireless chargers to charge my Samsung s9 through it...which is really the only reason I purchased this particular product...very disappointed.
