I thought my accucheck was malfunctioning and took multiple readings only to fi d out that I was 300+. I freaked out and had my labs done and guess what, the A1c was super high and had ketones in my urine. I have a family history of type 2, Infact diabetes killed some of my family members.Mitigation:Went through youtube videos of Dr Fung and a few other channels. Here are the following steps I took that worked for me. Please consider these as my opinions only. Please talk to your doctor.a) Intermittent fasting with 16 to 8 rule with bulletproof coffee during my fasting hours.b) Keto No carb / low carb diet which includes shirataki rice and noodles with indian, Asian and Italian stews / dishes, low carn tortillas, avacado + monk fruit, almonds, chickpeas (ocassionally) and a LOT of egg whites, brocolli, cauliflower, greens, carrots, okra etc. Learn to read the labels and choose low net carb food.c) Medicine: Metformin 500 mg twice a dayd) Supplements : 2 capsules of Blood sugar support twice a day, Keto bhb, Berberine, Plant protein supplemente) Weightloss: Dropped from 85 kgs to 78 kgs ( as of today); Cardio half our everyday until I reach 73kgs, post which I will be working on musclesVerdict: Great supplement which helps with overall diabetic management.Don't expect changes if you take this supplement only, and not make any lifestyle modifications. I won't tell anyone not to try this because everyone's metabolism is different....but for me this product gave me the runs consistently, and did not lower my blood sugar readings at all. This surprised me because several of the ingredients are highly recommended by a nutritionist and doctor I follow who helps people control blood pressure and blood sugar without pharmaceuticals. I have 3 unused bottles that I'll keep for a while in case I have a constipation issue lol. I'm moving on to another product to try to control my blood sugar.

So far, so good! This product does help with my appetite and craving for sweets. I feel a lot better when I take them before a meal. After I intermittent fast for 16 hours, I take it before my first meal as directed. I don't get that tired and sluggish feeling in the afternoon like I used to. After a couple of weeks, I'm excited about my weight loss journey bcI now have more control of what types of foods and supplements I use in my body. In another month, I give an update with pictures.

I bought this because I'm a pretty diabetic and thought it would help, I took the first pill on a full stomach after breakfast and two hours later I started to get dizzy and heart was pounding so loudly I could hear it in my ears. I started to sweat and had to lay down. I didn't take any for a few days because I was scared. But I said maybe it was just me and not the pill and I followed the same thing, ate my breakfast and took a pill. This time was worse and all the same things happened but in between my breast bone I had a terrible pain and at one point had my fingers on the 911 because I thought I was really going to die. For over 45 minutes I could hear my heart pounding and I was dizzy and shaking againDo not take this product, your life could be over if you do. It is definitely the pill that did that to me. I will be throwing them out. I don't know how Amazon can even sell something like this.
