How do I contact the manufacturer regarding a really bad batch I just received?

Through Amazon unless you bought it somewhere else.

I’d like to try this product. However, I’m reluctant due to the mixed reviews regarding the scent. They go from “amazing” to “rotten”.

I’ve been using this for years, and I really like it. It smells like high quality rose water, which it is. I think it’s nice. I don’t think the smell is too strong, but everyone’s nose is different.
