Im giving a review. Ive recently started using the product. It is going okay so far. It will let you go to the tiolet for some days. You have to keep it refridgerated.It gives you energy and let you sleep better at nights. Ill give a more detail review when I go more days with it.

I am a firm believer in probiotics, but I also know they are not all created equal. I am plagued with digestive issues as the result of medications and probiotics are necessary to alleviate those symptoms. I started using this brand when my previous brand was unavailable. At first, I was pleased--these cost less. However, as symptoms began reappearing, I didn't associate it with the change in probiotics for a couple of months.I've removed this brand from my subscribe and save order. I'm switching brands in hopes of finding relief again.

No look someplace else. I had a horrible experience while taking this product. I took 2 a day as directed some days I even took 3. I had zero results and still suffered from constipation due to my meds. At first I thpught maybe i didn't wait long enough so I took the whole bottle before I gave my review. My opinion is, the probiotic bacteria is weak bc it wasn't stored properly and loses is potency sitting on the shelf. It even says to keep refrigerated for best results on the bottle. So I will continue on my questto find a probiotic that will help me for my digestive, this one was not it.
