First of all, the glasses were delivered on schedule. Most importantly, they are a fashionable champagne flute, with cylindrical form. A nice change from the normal champagne flute.No bubble of manufacturing defects. Considering that they're hand-blown, this is both welcome and somewhat surprising.Note: you'll want to hand wash these, and could probably use a cylindrical brush to clean them out. I found that they air dry in an inverted position.I received a note from their Customer Service rep (Finch) to ensure that I was pleased with the glasses. It's always a pleasure to deal with a company that values its customers.

I bought two boxes and out of the 8 two had small bubbles. I notified customer service and was sent replacements plus extra! The glasses are absolutely beautiful and just the right size for sparkling apple cider or champagne. I wish all companies had the customer service and products that this company has. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

First, their product was excellent. Beautiful champagne glasses.Service is unheard of in this day and age. When we opened the box, one of the champagne glasses stuck to the top of the box and it came crashing down on our marble countertop. I emailed the company explaining what happened and within two days, they shipped me two champagne flutes. Now that is what I call excellent service!

These champagne flutes are gorgeous, especially for the price! We are looking forward to using these for the first time on Thanksgiving this week (will add picture then)😊 They are honestly comparable to my Tiffany & Co. wine glasses... I will definitely be purchasing more glassware from this company in the future. The seller is prompt and professional as well… excellent customer service!
