The guava flavor is really noticeable and fruity, and it has a nice sweetness without just tasting like plain sugar.The texture is very thick and firm, which makes it easy to slice into whatever size pieces I want. My favorite way to eat it has been with cheese. The combination of the sweet guava with a salty or creamy cheese is really good, and just a few slices make an easy little snack. I've also tried it on crackers, which worked really well.There is quite a bit in the 14-ounce package because you don't need a huge amount at one time. I can also see this being really useful for baking or cutting into smaller pieces to add to pastries and desserts.I like that the ingredient list is relatively straightforward and that it is something I can use in several different ways instead of buying it for one specific recipe. This guava jelly has a delicious taste, a smooth texture and the perfect balance between sweetness and fruit. It is excellent for accompanying bread, biscuits, cheese or making desserts. I totally recommend it for its great quality and taste.
