yes, it will teach you that good skin care can be gentle. sometimes it is easy to feel like a good skin care product has to be felt (tightening, stinging) to be effective. Tata Harper products teach that isn't so.

will this mask make your skin whiter and brighter?

I've noted no change in color, but my skin is smoother and more vibrant. It is not a skin lightener, thank goodness.

How many uses does one jar get you?

Quite a few. It only takes a small amount to cover face and neck area. I really liked it.

After the mask I have to put anything else on my face?

I put on moisturizer after I wash off the mask (because I have dry skin). Tend not to put any other pm treatments (anti aging or anti blemish) same evening.
