I have a jtube and I have a hot tub. Sadly most recommend you don't use a hot tub if you have a Jtube. Mainly concerns are for bacteria if you get it wet. So I bought these just to see how they might work. I started off by using them in the shower to see if they would keep my j-tube dry, they did. Finally after feeling confident that they weren't going to leak, and adjusting the chemicals in my hot tub, I took the plunge literally. No leaks no problems it's great being able to enjoy my hot tub again. Obviously I'm not a medical expert so don't take this as professional opinion. Just my personal opinion and results in observation.One slight warning it doesn't come with much instructions and it takes a little bit to get used to how to make them work but once there it's very simpleThanks.

As a drug-induced "Bleeder" (Xarelto) this stuff has become a go-to part of wound dressing.Shave the area tb covered, wipe it down with alcohol, cut a patch of Telfa or gauze to cover the wound, and then cover it with a patch of this stuff with a half-inch to an inch of overlap depending on size.The alcohol wipe is essential to get good adhesion.But, done right, this stuff stays on through thick and thin: water/showering does not faze it and the edges do not catch and roll up on clothes or bedding like other adhesive bandages do.In spite of that, when it comes time to remove it, peeling it off is totally painless.Bleeding is reliably contained. the gauze can become soaked to where there is basically a sack of blood, but there is never the least bit of seepage or infiltration beyond the gauze.And, finally, the stuff *seems* to breathe in spite of it's never leaking. At least, no matter how long I have left it on, there has never been any odor upon removal - and several days has become routine with me.Five stars.

I had used saniderm a lot for my tattoos and this is absolutely perfect! It makes recovery so much quicker and easy! This is definitely the best saniderm I have used! 10 out of 10 would recommend!! It stays on for five days or longer and I don’t have much trouble with it peeling!
