and has since met the author at her local school. great read. I still read to my kids, even though they're approaching their teens. I enjoyed reading this series myself and I'm in my fifties! :)

Once again, Andrew Cope delivers a smashing book form his Spy Dog series. My son loves it, a super story!

My eight-year-old daughter has read most of the Spy Dog and Sky Pups books and enjoyed them all. They're about Lara, Spud and Star, three secretly-trained superdogs with remarkable abilities who live undercover with the Cook family in suburbia.In this story, Spud and Star have to infiltrate a circus which is linked with a series of jewel thefts. They're up against some very bad baddies (as I've noted in other reviews, Andrew Cope's villains always have a very nasty streak). A lively tale ensues, involving an escaped lion, an ice cream van in a chase with a clown car, and a few situations where the pups find themselves in a very tight spot indeed. It's imaginative, exciting, and another satisfying Spy Pups book.

have not read these books myself bought them for my 10yr old grandson who just loves them,cant wait for the next one.
