Rear Flip Folding Seat Kit

This took much longer to install due to poor instructions, but once it was installed it is great! We've only used it for a couple months, but it's working well and feels strong and durable.

This is a nice roomy seat. The seller was responsive when we did not get the grab bar letting us know it was on the way with a tracking number. They answered us immediately when we reached out to them. Seems good quality for the money.

Overall great product for the price. I disagree with some of the quality complaints. Unless you’re 300 lbs plus the back step is plenty sturdy to step on. I was impressed with the packaging and materials used. Arrived with zero blemished or broken parts. Agree 100% with complaints regarding instructions and grab bag of hardware included. Took way longer than it should have to assemble due to minimal instructions provided and none of the bolts were labeled or in sets. Just big bag of nuts, bolts and washers and you’re on your own. When I finished putting it together I had to switch around a few things. No big deal but would have cut assembly time in half or more if bolts were packaged in individual sets.

When you get this, throw the instructions away, they are no help. I found it best to just wing it and use some videos of similar seats being put together on YouTube. Bad thing about that is I ended up having to redo a lot of it. Instructions are photo copies with horrible images and vague information. They tell use to use hardware in bag 5. What hardware? Bag 5 has different sized bolts. There are no instructions for putting the flip seat on, just have to guess at how to bolt it on. I used some rubber washers that were in an unmarked bag. I think that was right, but no clue. Seems to work though. There were missing nuts for the bolts that hold on the roof mounts. The plastic flat bed has a crack from being screwed on too tight. There is a screw in the back middle of the seat that goes so far out the bottom it scratches the body work. I had to swap it with a screw on one of the corners that was shorter. That was also hard to do since the screws are all stripped. There was a burr on the frame that was right where your legs would brush against getting in and out of the seat. Long story short, if you feel capable of putting it together with no instructions, and doing some Jerry rigging and quality control, it turns out pretty okay. Will be fine for our kids to ride on as long as I didn’t miss another burr.

Easy to install

Installation instructions terrible. Photos dark and useless. Nothing on internet to make your way through it. Nuts and bolts separated into bags that don’t correspond. Seems to be good quality once installed.

like everyone says, the instructions could be better but I was able to install it in a couple hours, seat back assembly is a little off center but that's how its made and couldn't do anything about it, looks very good otherwise

The base was bent when received because the box weighed 70lbs. I took a hammer and a block to get it straight, but still scratched the paint on assembly because of the bend. The worst part was the instructions. The instructions were like the 100th copy of a copy, and were so bad that I couldn't see what parts were being assembled in the drawings so I had to borrow another golf cart with a similar set up, so I could determine how to put the seat kit together. I would expect better for the price.
