Really helped my intersticial cystitis & irritated, overactive bladder. Probably one of the most effective things i have tried.Also has helped with heartburn WITHOUT reducing stomach acid.It takes some of the acid out of food, rather than cutting your stomach acid (low stomach acid can cause gi issues long & short term).It is low dose & easy to swallow.

Reason item not given 5 stars is price - but this product had increased dramatically everywhere in the last 3 months! This is the best price we have found and my husband is to take this three times a day. We have had difficulty finding it stocked reguarly in the drug store.
