I haven’t tried to fill it just yet however I absolutely love it so far the box was beautiful and the pendant itself is gorgeous. I just can’t wait to have my beautiful girl next to my heart again.

I do not separate dogs ashes,it's just something I don't do. Wanted this for my past 7 dogs and current boys fur to go in, I lost my latest boy 9th Jan this year, my yorkie,he was 16 years 6weeks old ,was hard letting him go, anyway, you'd be hard pushed to even get ashes into it. Looks dull,cheap and awful,totally disappointed, I usually read reviews, my bad I didn't this time. Will have to go more upmarket for something better. I have to be truthful about this and I am. Don't buy it. Someone said the box was the best part.. I agree. When it involves peoples beloved animals its no joke. We want something we can trust to do the small job intended, I even ordered a cord necklace to replace the shoddy one that came with the heart. But it's def a no go. Sadly.

Ok, I get it's cheap, and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This is 100% testament to that. The only thing I like about this, is the box it comes in. The mark in the curve by the heart is a permanent one, which makes it look cheap and dirty.

Arrived as expected looks nice but should have read reviews first , there was no funnel so it was awkward to put ashes in not a lot of space most of it was solid and the screw hole was a bit rough, it was a gift for someone so just hope she likes it.

It was stuck on with no chance of opening it and then once we managed to open it, it now doesn’t screw close properly, as much as it’s a lovely necklace I wouldn’t recommend
