Can you launch Google Now via the button and give voice commands through the microphone? It's ok if this requires some apps/settings on the phone.

As per prior answers, you can set this up. I did this on a GS4 running lollipop. In Google Now settings, under Voice, enable Bluetooth headset to record audio. I use Google Play music, and didn't change anything there. With music playing, press the button once, this pauses the music. Then hold the button down until it beeps, you have to turn the phone back on to enable the bluetooth device to activate Google Now (from notifications). Repeat the process, now you can activate Google Now voice input with the screen off with the long-press (remembering to pause music with the initial press). I did have a project to enable my BMW BT, but I don't see the point now. The combo of the BTC450, Google Play Music and Google Now beats what my car would be able to do.

How long is the wire from the BT button end to the power unit/aux ends?

If I'm listening to the radio (not through the phone) and I get an incoming call will my phone still make a ringing sound?

If I have the device connected to power via the cigarette lighter, does it automatically turn on and off when the car turns on and off?
