I love this product for its portability. We used it right away on our kitchen island. It allowed us to start a puzzle and not worry about being able to finish it immediately. I feel like having the puzzle out in a central space helped bring the family together. As kids would walk by, they would stop and work on a few pieces. It led to regular involvement and conversations between family members when we had multiple people around the island working on it. We did end up rolling our puzzle up and putting it away and one point. This product kept everything together and was easy to use. The puzzle was fine when we brought it back out and finished it. I am contemplating buying two more of these for my kids classrooms at school. It is very useful. The only thing I would change about this mat would be to somehow make it a little bit heavier. It would flatten out a little easier, I feel, if it were heavier.

This product is so handy. We have little kids with sticky fingers but love puzzles. With our small space puzzles were not an option. With this, we can! Outlines printed on the felt are very helpful. I was skeptical about the claim that the puzzle pieces would stay put when mat was rolled up, but they did! Liked it so much I gave one to my grandson for his birthday.

I'm just setting this up and I think its going to be great for keeping puzzle intact when I need the table space for other things. Will update later. Instructions could be just a bit more detailed regarding use of the straps and sorting tray. I found more instructions on YouTube.Update: Changed star rating down to 3. Felt is not thick enough. Will not lay flat, thus puzzle pieces tend to come apart. Roll up works fine. I'm not returning it but I may tweak it by adding a layer of felt to the back.

This is a fantastic product! Very high quality! Comes with a very nice carrying bag and everything! Very very impressed with this product from the packaging to the product itself, to the extras you get with it! Highly recommend!

This is very easy to use & very intuitively designed. The foam velcros, the snaps are goods quality & don’t look like they’ll pull or tear anytime soon. The straps and bag seem sturdy as well. The tray is fast & easy to assemble. The lines on the mat are clearly marked. The felt lays flat nicely. I don’t love how bulky it is - it doesn’t fit in the space we keep our puzzles. Also I have a yellow lab who’s little hairs are now forever stuck on the felt. Ultimately this works & is easy to use & solves the biggest issue for us when we want to do a puzzle so I’m keeping it & will likely purchase a couple more for gifts this holiday season.

I bought a different puzzle mat before this and it was incredibly low quality, the roller was made of plastic and had to be filled with air and was full of holes. Immediately upon opening there was more to this kit and it was obviously a superior product.

I haven't used it yet, but it seems good quality and was super easy to set up and pack away. The red pocket thing seems pretty useless, so I probably wont bother with it. But I really like the mat and the case it comes in. And I like the foam insert better than a lot of the inflatable ones I've seen. And the straps to keep it all in place are great. I would definitely recommend this puzzle mat. If I don't like it after I use it, I'll update to say so. But I don't foresee there being an issue.
