How does the neck get stretched?

There’s an adjustable bar at the head where you can adjust the tension on the neck. I’m still on the fence about this device. It works pretty good for me but my husband who is 5’11” and 200lbs is having a difficult time adjusting it and feeling an adequate stretch.

It’s not a crazy amount of pounds but it’s plenty enough to get your neck right one of my workers use it to help out his neck? It actually cracks his. I mainly use it for my back very seldom use it on my neck. But yes you can use it without the armpits

It takes time to acclimate the body to stretching. When you slowly open up areas of the body, the rest can start to stretch too.
