Probably. The inner part of the headband is pretty grippy.

Does this offer extra padding for the top of the head or its nothing more that a headband cover❓

It has a thin pad about 3/16" thick.

Will it fit Beats studio 3 headphones

I have used this product with SENNHEISER Momentum 2.0 and 3 Wireless headphones and it fits those just fine. I cannot comment about use with Beats studio 3 headphones. The Sennheiser band is 1-5/8 by 1/2 in inches.
