Delicious unique flavor and rich crema!
I’m over the moon, it’s just the best! Smooth yet full of flavor. I’ve been searching for a great pre-ground espresso and I’ve finally found it. I’ll be repurchasing this one again and again. It even produces rich crema in my Casabrews CM5418 with the non-pressurized basket.

Great Robust Espresso
This is a great tasting and very robust espresso. There is no bitterness at all it is very smooth. It works great for cappuccino as well. Highly recommended this.

Pretty decent
Grind size is good. No off flavors. Not as good a Illy but much better than Lavazza. If you want to save about 15 cents per serving this is what I would go with. Otherwise Illy is your best choice.

Rich, Aromatic, and Delicious—A Truly Excellent Espresso Roast
Café Gaviña’s Espresso Roast is impressively flavorful, delivering a delicious cup right from the first sip. The extra-fine grind works perfectly for espresso machines and moka pots, producing a robust crema and a deep, concentrated taste. The aroma is wonderfully rich—dark, toasty notes combined with the smoothness characteristic of 100% Arabica beans. The flavor is bold without being harsh, offering a satisfying depth with a clean, pleasant finish. It also pairs beautifully with milk, making excellent lattes and cappuccinos. The coffee comes in a tin can that keeps it fresh, and the fragrance holds up well after opening. For the price and quality, this is an outstanding espresso roast that I would happily repurchase.

A Winner!!
This is a WINNER! I drink Café Bustelo, and have for over 30 years exclusively. I even pack a brick in my suitcase when I go to Italy so I can have a taste of home sometimes. I constantly try other espressos, but go back to Bustelo every time. I cannot count the amount of taste tests I’ve done with different espresso types. This is the very first time that I’ve preferred anything over Bustelo. There is zero bitterness in the Gaviña, and it’s just smooth. I immediately called my son and said “I have something to tell you and you’re never gonna believe it!” he said “What is it!!?” I replied “I’ve actually found an espresso that takes the number one spot over Cafe Bustelo” he said “What are you even talking about?!? There’s no way, are you positive?? That’s what we drink!” it was a very comedic conversation because we take our espresso very seriously, and we’ve both worked as Baristas. Right now I’m blending it, by putting half a scoop of each, and making it in my Bialetti stovetop espresso maker. The two mixed together taste good as well, and it smoothes out the Bustelo this way, because I still have a few bricks left. I’ve just ordered 3 more Gaviña!
