What could one write?
Part of a Ring system to boost WiFi around the house (especially if you have a Sonos system which uses every excuse not to work properly). It create an independent WiFi on top of your normal one and u can add boxes around the house/apartment at ease. You can check how well the system is working and have it in/for problem areas within the home due to geographical shortcomings ie thick walls, upstairs areas etc.Not particularly cheap but easy to use, as once set up it does what is asked of it. Though Sonos still have problems at times althoughI have to admit this is much less so than before .Very robust, reliable. Easy to instable and has the usual parental controls.

Brilliant System
I am so happy with this system as I have over 600+ mbs broadband from virgin and I was not getting great WiFi signal from my hub 3 router. Since putting this Nest Mesh system in I have been getting amazing speeds across the house before I would get around 200mbs wifi signal in my living room I now get over 400mbs with the Nest Mesh system. I have 1 upstairs in my sons bedroom and I get around 180mbs upstairs where before used to get about 80mbs with my old TP link range extenders.Great value for money and as most of my house has google hardware like pebbles and home hub and mega screen it all works well on the home app.The only thing I am a little disappointed with is that you can not split the 2.4gh and 5gh the system recognises both together which does not help with certain hardware. I have a Netview camera in my passage that only works on 2.4gh and I can not connect it to the Nest Mesh hubs so I've had to keep my virgin router 2.4gh WiFi active so that the camera still works. So people need to make sure that their products are compatible. Also i cant not seem to remove individual people of the wifi network in the home app which i find very bad becase you should be able to remove individual people if you dont want them on your network anymore. All you can do is pause their usage. This needs to change maybe it can be by a software patch/update for security reasons this should be a must. Other than that everything works well.

Good coverage, a bit pricey but can't complain about the performance.
I already had 3 of these and bought a 4th from Amazon for a good price on prime day. They have greatly improved the WiFi coverage in my house but you need a minimum of 3 to make it worth while. Once a device is connected to your "goole mesh" WiFi, you can wander around all over your house and it will seamlessly connect to the closest node. There is no loss of connection when streaming and changing nodes. They are very simple to set up using the Google home app and the same app can also be used to set schedules for certain device's access to WiFi. Another great feature is that each node has its own RJ45 port. The master node needs this port to be connected directly to your router via an ethernet cable, but all your other nodes can then provide a wired connection to any device in any corner of your home, or hook up a 10/100 mbps switch and have multiple wired connections 25m from your router!

Good system
This is a very handy system, that works perfectly in my house.Though I must say that lately, the quality of the Wifi is a bit lower, internet is longer. I don't know whether it comes from my internet provider, or something limiting from the Google Wifi system. Still very handy

Performance is Awful - And this is a common issue!
This product worked fine, when I had slow internet connect over old phone copper cables. 15 mbps down, and 1-2mpbs up.Now that I am have been upgraded to 600mbps up&down I only get 50~100mbps from the mesh. The Google Home App speed test function is comfiriming that it is seeing 600mpbs, but the speedtest.net app shows that the mesh is not transferring that speed out to the house (I am testing right next to the mesh, and also using an ethernet connection. There are multiple forums out htere where this has been reported, but Google are doing nothing about fixing it.

Early days with this but very impressed.
We have suffered persistent wi-fi problems for years with Virgin Media, changed the hub, bought repeaters, powerline adapters etc. over the years with only marginal improvements. Started to research mesh wi-fi systems and noticed some users still had issues but decided to jump in, especially as this was at a great price in the Black Friday sale (£133).Well all I can say is that this is a massive improvement. It was a breeze to set up. First drop the Virgin Hub 3 into 'modem' mode and connect the ethernet cable to port 1 at the back of the Virgin Hub and the port on one of the Google routers. Connect power open the google home app. (which you have to have so download it first if you don't have it) and away you go. The app guides you through the install, it knows how many wi fi points you have and it takes through the remaining two.Our wi fi is now much more stable, our Ring devices (once I'd switched networks) work much much better with quicker connections to the cameras being the most noticeable improvement.I have one placed in our upstairs study (where he Virgin router is) , one on the master bedroom and one near the Smart TV in the lounge. Testing the 'Mesh' using the app. is a cinch and consistently shows they are all well connected to each other. This is in a mid nineties 4 bedroom house with mainly stud walls. The devices look smart and will fir most decorating schemes, which is good as they do need to be out in the open and not hidden away for obvious reasons.I will update if I start to have any issues but thus far I'm a a happy bunny, and even happier to get the system at the price I did, but TBH I would still pay the full price knowing what I know after using it. Not sure why some people have had problems but my own personal experience has been very positive and worth everyone of the five stars I awarded.

Easy Product to Install & Extend
I am in an apartment building that has literally 1000' of WIFI networks. The crowded spectrum made it very inconsistent with internet performance, particularly for my Sonos network.I OVER EXtende my network with a number on new Google WIFY Pods and connected some of my Sonos speakers via ethernet and it has made a huge difference. Also, the general reception for wifi is very consistent.I say overextended not because of issues with the Google product, but to compensate for extreme interference.Very much improved wifi and Sonos performance in a crowded spetrum

BE AWARE OF THE SMALL PRINT
Being Amazon.com.au I thought that I would be guaranteed that I would be sent something that is compatible with Australian power points. Wrong. I have now read the fine print and it states that one might need a range of things to get the product to work. Now the bigger problem is, what adapter do I buy to make this item work? Where do i get it? How much does it cost? How do I get through to Amazon that I now need these items to get the goods sold to me to work? Please Amazon help me spend more money with you to get the item working.

Modèle UK ne fonctionnant pas en France
Pourquoi Amazon vend un produit muni d'un adaptateur UK sur la marché français.N'est-ce pas illégal de la part d'Amazon ?
