Used without the cutter knife and with a stuffer tube to stuff my summer sausage, worked perfectly without actually grinding the meat again.

Purchased this sausage plate because I didn’t like the “shim/grinding plate” that came with my #22 1hp Meat Your Maker grinder”. Fit perfect and worked as it should for my Cajun Green Onion Sausage.
