I can usually fit 6 to 8 pizza dough balls in each of these boxes. This is made of a thicker plastic material and it seems very durable. I love that these are stackable and fit easily in my fridge. It's not airtight. The lid doesn't "snap" on like Tupperware, but it works really well. In reality proofing pizza dough doesn't need an air tight environment so don't be fooled. These are great and 1/2 the price of the Ooni model. They stack well and fit in the fridge as well.

I returned these. Ok now that's out of the way, these boxes are made to do the job it was design to do. My needs lay outside of that. I give it 5 stars because it is a good product.

These have saved me a lot of dishes - moved from individual tupperwares to proofing boxes and what a difference. They stack nicely and fit perfect in the fridge. Sealed up well, and I store my extra pizzas for leftovers in them too. Worth the money.

Really solid stackable pizza proofing boxes for home use. Fits in consumer grade fridges (necessary here in Asia as you cannot proof dough at 30C ambient temperatures). Easy to clean. Each box fits 8x 250g balls.

These are great. Super sturdy. The lids seal well enough so doughs won't dry out. They can handle a lot of dough for a home cook. My only advice is they're big so they don't build up as much moisture if you're not doing big batches. I haven't had dough dry out using a small batch of pizzas (500g flour, 300g water) but I wouldn't put a batch of dough smaller than that in for fear it might dry out.

A little on the pricey side but definitely worth the investment if you’re going to be making pizza dough regularly. Highly recommend 🍕
