Portable Targeted Foot Massage
Anyone who knows me is aware that anything I use on my feet I do not use anywhere else...lol. I have a really nice heated version of this roller that I use often, but I wanted to try it on my feet. I have neuropathy and use a lot of foot massagers and vibration plate massagers. While they are wonderful, they aren't really convenient to take on the go. These vibration rollers are the perfect on the go size though. It's 13 inches long and 5 inches in diameter. Not only does it work for my size 8 feet, hubby who is a size 13, can use it as well. Always with socks though.I realize that this roller is intended for larger muscle groups, because of the size. However, I like that i have plenty of space to maneuver my feet how I need to for targeted massage/vibration.There are 5 vibration speed levels from 1,200 - 2,200 RPM. I only use the lowest setting. All I need for what I use it for. I did try out the others, but too powerful for my feet. Hubby uses the 2nd setting though. I can use it sitting down or laying down. A few times I did need slightly more pressure, so I used it standing up. However, I did have a bar to grip onto for more balance support, though I didn't really need it. 1 foot at a time. One charge lasts around 18 hours and there are battery indicator lights. Another thing I like is that there are indicator lights for the speed/mode I'm using. No confusion at all. While I love my foot massagers, I find I reach for this when I get one of my quick, sharp pains. Nothing to set up or plug in and I get instant relief. The convenience of being able to travel with it also makes it a winner.

good
The built-in vibration on this roller is pretty strong. During my work hours, I usually spend about 5 to 10 minutes using this on my lower back during my break to help release some tensions since I sit for a few hours straight while working and it does help release some back pain and loosen me up. I only wish it's a little longer, maybe at 16 inches instead of 13 so it can cover my whole lower back. Other than that, this is a very useful device to have if you experience back and neck pain.

Overall Good Product
Overall the product is built well. I like the vibratory feature and the foam is very firm (in a good way). I am 330lbs and this product appeared to stay structurally sound when using. Please note that a free gift was provided to write this review but it did not require a high rating like some other products I have purchased from Amazon (not this seller). Overall I would purchase this product again.

Great for sore muscles!
The texture on this roller is really great for getting a deep tissue massage and the vibration is a nice touch. It's a compact roller so realistically you can only roll out one leg at a time, but I like how the texture is spiraled so that you maintain the same texture as you roll. I felt the vibration the best at around 50-75%, and there's quite a long battery life. Cool product!

Much better than a regular foam roller
My cousin is a bodybuilder and he really stressed the importance of using a roller as a way to warm up and stretch the muscles. I've been using the Surger Plus roller for my past 3 works outs and definitely feel it digs deeper into my muscles to warm them up.

It actually got into my hamstrings, unlike other foam rollers
I loved how hard this foam roller is, paired with the vibrations it actually got into my muscles and provided relief.

Excellent Value
I'm enjoying the use of my Vibrating Foam Roller. Especially now during the pandemic and without access to my gym. It is much more powerful than I had expected. I use it all over, legs, back, etc. It feels quite good with only my feet resting on it.
