Best Budget Capture Card
I’ve used this for almost 6 months now and have really enjoyed this product. I have used it for live-streaming and connecting a camcorder to a computer as a webcam, and later on have used it to connect one computer to another for a dual PC live-streaming setup. It has worked great and was definitely worth the $20 I spent for it. I will say though that it definitely looks a little cheap with the visible screws and the branding text, but it is made of a metallic construction. Mine also came with a slight defect where the usb on it was slightly tilted upwards, but that never interfered with anything thankfully. It is a little bit on the bigger side, and will block usb ports on all sides around it except maybe on the bottom side. Other than that it has performed very well.

Why are folks saying this does not stream at 1080 60fps?
I have the Elgato 4k capture card but needed to add two more cameras for live stream via OBS and was not happy with ATEM Mini's (contrasty -poor color) output. So I purchased a handful of these (despite the negative reviews). I used the Mobile Streamdeck app on my phone (highly recommended) and switch between cameras (with the mobile streamdeck) and run playback loops (via OBS)for live basketball streams.I needed these cards the same day that I ordered them and they are so cheap I was expecting to drop the stream quality down to 30fps or even 720. I ran three separate tests and consistently get 1080 60fps when I view the "nerd stats" on youtube. Am I missing something here? Why are so many others reporting problems? I do get a few frame drops (compared to Elgato) but nothing noticeable. Can I trust the "nerd stats" or is there a better way to measure stream quality on youtube? Note: I don't have the bandwidth to stream 4k (although I sometimes record in 4k during the stream and repost the games if I need 4k or 2k quality).3_2_2022 UPDATEUpdate after more extensive use: I'm pretty certain that this capture card is tricking my computer into seeing 60fps when in fact it is really the same 30fps image shown twice. Something is "off" with the recorded (or streamed) motion, very jerky but not blurry (30fps often has blurry motion). For static images, the color saturation and contrast are very impressive. If you are recording motion (60fps with a 120 shutter) you will not see the sharp movement that you are expecting. So overall, a good deal if don't need to duplicate the higher quality of the Elgato Cam Link 4k.

Great capture card
This capture card exceeded my expectations considering its price. Plug and play with very very little delay, great fps, and great quality. From what I can tell I definitely get 60fps with the resolution set to 1080p. I only have one monitor so I see all of my gameplay through the video capture, and the only games I have an issue with are rhythm games. Absolutely no problems playing action/fighting games. I would recommend using streamlabs OBS rather than normal OBS, as I noticed more lag using normal OBS. I've been using it almost daily for a month now and it's still working the same as day one. Overall I think this is a great capture card and will absolutely buy it again if it eventually fails on me1.5 year update: Still working great! I still get 1080p at 60fps with no lag. I genuinely can't recommend this capture card enough.

works 50% of the time
pretty easy to setup with switch, but somehow didn't work with ps4. already disabled HDCP, but still not working

It works well for what it costs
Its not amazing, but it gets the job done. Streaming switch games worked out pretty well, but I would not trust it to handle more graphically intensive games. It has pretty significant input latency between what takes place on the console vs what is displayed on the screen (yes even in a USB 3.0 slot). It is a great value for the price, but it does not compare to higher quality capture cards.

not quite 1080 not quite 60fps
it works okay i guess if you just want to livestream your game on your computer and play on your tv. not ideal to use it to play using your computer as the screen. it looks noisy at 1080p and the framerate goes all over the place, its a bit more stable if you set the resolution to 720p. but it also has a bunch of outpour lag which makes playing games here extra annoying. what youd expect from a cheap card i guess

Really Works as Described for an amazing price.
I was originally going to buy a more expensive capture card to stream on my Nintendo Switch, but decided on this in the end. Worst-case scenario It doesn't work and I get bad my $20 bucks I spent on it. But to my surprise it works really well, I get a full 1080p video and works well with my setup. I have yet to use it on any other console but I can safely say it works well for Nintendo Switch. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in streaming Nintendo Switch games.

Works well enough for the cheap price.
Overall I'm happy about this product. The picture is good not great but I did not expect it to be. Framerate was stable though several different games. I only used this for switch however. There is a noticable delay however which made action games and similar games that needed quick timing and inputs difficult to play. However for games like Pokemon or animal crossing where and input delay is not detrimental, it works well.
