I had to get a brand new microphone (PreSonus Revelator) after my primary mic died right in the middle of a project, but when I attempted to attach the new mic to my Rode PS1+ mic arm, I realized there wasn't enough clearance to plug in the cable. This was exactly what I needed, fixed the problem completely in seconds. Good quality, sturdy metal, good quality finish, feels like it will last me and blends in perfectly with the Rode arm AND the mic.

Perfect! The arm I'm using for the Shure mic isn't completely flat where you mount the mic. So the xlr cable hits the mic stand and looks like it would break. This solved the issue!

Good quality threaded pipe. If you need one, you need one. I needed the extension to fit my SM7dB to my R0DE boom arm without interference. This does the job nicely and matched the finish of the mic and boom I have giving it a seamless look.

Bought to use on the "InnoGear Microphone Arm Stand, Heavy Duty Mic Arm" to attach my Shure SM7B mic. Works great, easy to install & fits, and the material seems to be good quality.

Does what it was made to do perfectly. The added space makes routing and connecting the xlr cable all the easier.

Still use it today. The build quality in worth every penny
